Shipping Info

Your order will typically ship out within 7-14 business days after it is received - please see the availability notes in each product's description. We do not ship on most holidays, so please keep that in mind when placing your order. If you need an estimate just make an account, put something in your cart, and click "Checkout".

Please note that Stephanie makes the jewelry products by hand, just for you. She is also a touring artist and may not have the materials with her to make your particular order right away. If you need your order by a particular date, we will try to do everything we can to make it work. In this case, please contact us before ordering and we will tell you if your deadline can be met.

International orders may take longer in certain cases due to customs procedures that are outside of our control. The purchaser is responsible for all customs fees.

All orders will ship with the German post (Deutsche Post) or USPS.

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return it to us within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Please contact us at music@stephanieforryan.com within the 14-day time period for return instructions. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. We reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable
Returned items must be unused, meaning you didn't open the CD, wear the jewelry, etc.
Only unopened and sealed CDs may be returned.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
Certain sale and discount items are non-returnable.
